Charles River, Boston

After all the warm climate photos, I’ve been posting this one of a frozen Charles River is to remind myself that soon we will be back in New England. The cold weather light will be a change from the warm Florida sunlit scenes and frankly I am looking forward to that change.

The wide range of detail and contrast in this picture is the result of some post processing in NIK’s plug in COLOR EFFECTS PRO. I really like NIK products and find both their color and black and white plug ins very useful.
